Valentine Chukwuma

Dr. Valentine Chukwuma, “Dr. Valentine,” is a fellowship-trained interventional pain management physician specializing in the comprehensive treatment of complex and persistent pain. He earned his Ph.D. and medical degree from Vanderbilt University, where he also completed his training in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and Interventional Pain Medicine. His dual training shapes an approach to pain care centered not only on relieving pain, but also on improving function and helping patients return to the activities that matter most to them. Dr. Valentine takes an individualized approach to pain management, combining careful evaluation with minimally invasive treatments tailored to each patient’s condition and goals. His practice includes image-guided spine, joint, and nerve interventions, as well as advanced pain management therapies when appropriate. He is a member of the American Academy of Pain Medicine, American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, International Pain and Spine Intervention Society, and North American Spine Society.
