2025 Semmes Murphey Charity Open

September 2nd at TPC Southwind in Memphis, TN, we hosted the annual Semmes Murphey Charity Open, bringing together community members, players, and supporters for a day of golf, tennis, and giving. It was a celebration of compassion, collaboration, and our shared commitment to advancing brain and spine care for patients across the globe.

Supporting a Greater Mission

The Semmes Murphey Charity Open directly benefits the Semmes Murphey Foundation, which funds groundbreaking research, supports clinical trials, and provides essential resources for training the next generation of neurosurgeons through our residency and fellowship programs. The golf tournament was founded last year by neurosurgeon Dr. Michael LaBagnara, who saw the event as a way to rally the community around this important work. This year, the event grew even stronger with the addition of a tennis tournament, introduced by Dr. Lucas Elijovich, neurointerventionalist and chairman of the Foundation.
