Thomas Cullom

Thomas Collum, MD, is a board-certified neurosurgeon serving patients in Jackson, Mississippi, through the Brain & Spine Network partnership between Semmes Murphey Clinic and Baptist Memorial Hospital.
Dr. Collum earned his undergraduate and medical degrees from the University of Missouri before completing his internship and neurosurgical residency at the University of Mississippi Medical Center. He then served three years in the United States Navy before entering private practice.
He provides comprehensive neurosurgical care for a wide range of brain and spine conditions, with a special interest in deep brain stimulation (DBS) for patients with Parkinson's disease and essential tremor. Dr. Collum is committed to helping patients understand their diagnosis and treatment options, empowering them to make informed decisions about their care. He remains dedicated to incorporating the latest advancements and technologies to provide the highest quality neurosurgical treatment.
